- The charm of an old dwelling on the chateau's grounds with its Napoleon III Italian inspired architecture from the school of Clisson: bricks, granite stones and visible frameworks. Private area with garden furniture and barbecue
- On the ground floor a 70 m2 multipurpose living room/dining room that can be used as a reception or meeting room, with monumental fireplace with the Le Breuil coat of arms: separate WC and fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, gas range cooker, LCD television, DVD player, Divx, MP3. Layout for meals around rectangular or round tables.
- On the first floor you have 2 rooms with 3 beds each and bath or shower and a suite of 2 bedrooms i.e. 10 people and a dormitory of 10 beds x 90 (available outside of July August).
- The "La Mer" bedroom with a bed 140, a bed 90 and bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
- The dormitory with 10 single beds is on the same level as the other bedrooms on the floor. It is embellished with beautiful oak wooden frames like the others
- The "Les Blés" bedroom with a bed140, a bed 90 and bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
- The suite of two bedrooms each with two beds 90 a bathroom with shower and sink for the first bedroom and bath sink and WC for the second.
- On the ground floor, a bedroom with double bed and sofa bed equipped with a bathroom for the disabled with flat-bottomed walk-in shower: the bedroom can either be accessible through the big living room or simply from outside with its access ramp.
